Antenatal ‘Montessori for Bumps’ workshop

Our second workshop for bumps and their parents, whatever stage of pregnancy you are at!

8 bumps only (plus dad and/or mum).

We start at 9.30am, have a ‘pot-luck, working lunch’ at 12.30pm and finish at 4.30pm.

Programme

9.30-10: Welcome and introductions (croissant and fruit juice – or coffee for dads!)

10-12.30: The secret of childhood (video and discussion)

12.30-1.30: Lunch and discussion (please bring a dish to share)

1.30-4: Nurturing your baby’s curiousity and confidence (discussion)

4-4.30: Relaxation and close

What you get

By the end of the workshop you would have

1. made a beautiful black-and-white mobile called the Munari
2. discussed practical next steps on the design of your baby’s nursery,
3. deepened your awe for their amazing intelligence and sensitivity, and
4. reflected on some simple principles for building a harmonious relationship with your baby.

Practicalities

Fee: £50 per bump (£25 concessions). All fees donated to the Trevor Mann Baby Unit at the Royal Sussex.
